By visiting rusticbreezehandmade.com or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.
1. Online Store Use
You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the website, submit false information, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access areas or information without authorization.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information when placing an order.
2. Handmade Products
Our products are handcrafted in small batches. Natural variations in color, shape, texture, weight, scent, botanical appearance, and packaging may occur.
Product photographs and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but lighting, screen settings, natural ingredients, and batch differences may affect how a product appears.
These minor variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.
3. Personal-Care Products
Our soaps, bath, body, fragrance, and personal-care products are intended for external use only unless otherwise stated.
Please review all ingredient lists, directions, and warnings before use. Customers with allergies or sensitivities should perform a patch test before using a new product.
Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs. Avoid contact with the eyes and keep products away from unsupervised children.
Information provided on our website is for general product information only. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
4. Orders and Availability
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when:

Payment cannot be verified.
Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.
The order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded.
5. Prices and Payments
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout when applicable.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively and have no cash value.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its authorized payment providers.
6. Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations
Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Because our products are personal-care items, opened, used, or unsealed products generally cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Customers are responsible for following the care and storage instructions provided with each product.
Handmade soaps should be allowed to dry between uses. Heat, moisture, direct sunlight, freezing temperatures, or improper storage may affect the appearance, scent, texture, or lifespan of a product.
We are not responsible for damage or deterioration caused by improper storage, misuse, alteration, or handling after delivery.

All photographs, product names, graphics, logos, labels, designs, descriptions, and other website content belong to or are licensed to A & K Freight LLC and Rustic Breeze Handmade.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, or commercially use our content without written permission.
You may share links to our products or website for personal and noncommercial purposes.
